Is our IT from extraterrestrial origin?

Computerchips, processors, night vision binoculars, fiber optics (fiberglass) and laser technology. All reverse engineered from the wreckage of UFOs crashed in the U.S in 1947,1948 and 1949. That’s what design engineer Don Philips testifies on the video below, in the presence of Dr. Steven Greer of the Disclosure Project. He also says that decades of research were needed in some cases to find out exactly what certain systems or materials are made of and how they can operate or can be applied on earth.

Philips is not the first best, because he worked for the U.S. Airforce, the CIA and Lockheed Skunk Works, and is – according to his story – very well informed.
In the beginning he also describes his own encounter with UFOs. It’s not on the basis of hearsay. It’s (also) his own experience. It’s a video to watch and listen to breathlessly.

Weird 1
What I find strange is that these statements are most startling, but are placed in a manner as if it were the most natural thing in the world. This gives some short-circuiting in my head.

Also strange is that it doesn’t become clear why Philips gives this testimony, although it must be a radical step for him.
To what extent he tells tales. Does he break through an imposed secrecy? Or is that now barred? Somewhere on this video he mentions a confidentiality obligation of 50 years and that period might be passed now.

Weird 3
What I find more strange is that I could find few ‘echo’ on this video on the web. It is a huge stone in the pond of world opinion. But there is hardly any swell in sight. How can that be?

Could that be because others have the same short-circuit reaction and also don’t know what to think about or do with this?
Has the U.S. government started leaking and disclosing itself now? And if so, why? Why enforce ultimate secrecy for 60 years and then all of a sudden do revelations as if ETs are the most natural things on earth.
